This ceremony consisted of three main parts:
- Presentation of Certificates of Recognition for Those Achieving Teaching and Learning Support Qualifications in Distance Education from the Advance HE Institute
- Presentation of Certificates to Outstanding Civil Servants, University Employees, and Permanent Employees
- Presentation of Honorary Plaques to Retiring Staff

Additionally, Professor Emeritus Dr. Boontip Siritarungsri, Faculty Member of STOU’s School of Nursing delivered Thai MOOC Award 2024 “Outstanding Online Course” which she received,
to the university.
